2. Subscription Plans and Payments
OneCRM operates on a subscription-based model. By selecting a plan on onecrm.ayampenyetnearme.my, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
Upgrades/Downgrades: Changes to your plan will take effect immediately, with prorated adjustments applied to your next billing cycle.
Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend access to the CRM dashboard if payments are overdue by more than 14 days.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The “OneCRM” software, including its proprietary code, visual interfaces, and unique automation workflows, is protected by international intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive license to use these tools for business purposes; however, you may not copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform hosted at onecrm.ayampenyetnearme.my.
4. Data Privacy and Data Processing
We recognize that your customer data is your most valuable asset. While you retain full ownership of the data you upload, you grant OneCRM the right to host and process this data solely to provide the services you have requested. We implement high-level encryption standards to ensure your database remains private and secure.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly forbidden from using onecrm.ayampenyetnearme.my for:
Sending unsolicited bulk messages (Spam) via our integrated communication tools.
Uploading malicious software or viruses.
Engaging in “screen scraping” or any automated data extraction methods.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
OneCRM is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we aim for 99.9% uptime, OneCRM Global Solutions makes no warranties regarding the absolute reliability or accuracy of the service. In no event shall we be liable for any loss of profit or data resulting from the use of the platform at onecrm.ayampenyetnearme.my.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
